Bridging the Gap - My Industrial Training Journey

D' Prof Resort made my IT journey unforgettable, satisfying my curiosity and bridging the gap between textbooks and reality.

**Exploring Three Key Sections:**

*Diving into Aqua Hospitality*

My first task was handling live fish of various sizes. Carefully lifting them ensured their safety and well-being. Fish processing became second nature, as I mastered the art of preserving and packaging.

*Pond Management*

Next, I learned to drain and harvest fish using Gill and purse seine nets in earthen ponds. Operating equipment became routine. Remarkably, monitoring water quality without relying solely on parameters like pH, ammonia, and dissolved oxygen yielded successful results.

*Hatchery Management*

Initial breeding failures at school with my colleagues taught me valuable lessons. At D' Prof Resort I persisted, monitored water conditions, selected broodstock, and fine-tuned larval rearing and feeding. And then, success! Our hatchery thrived.

**Lessons Learned**

This internship taught me aquaculture's 50-50 proposition: equal parts theoretical knowledge and practical effort. Success demands:
- Continuous monitoring
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Teamwork and collaboration

**Reason For Sharing My Experience:**

I'm sharing my story to encourage fellow students and professionals
To seek hands on learning new opportunities. Bridge the Gap between theory and practice, and watch your understanding flourish.
